Guy has always been a knucklehead but with loads of talent.
Didn't really live up to the hype at UF though. Probably because he was an asshat and didn't work hard enough while also being stuck behind a beastly Major Wright(in college anyways )

He was actually one of the best graded safeties last year according to PFF.

I think he was doomed from birth when his parents named him

Will Bill Hill III

Pretty sure he was the #1 rated athlete in the country coming out of high school.  There was absolutely no reason for him to get stuck behind Ahmad Black.  I think intelligence and work ethic had a lot to do with his underwhelming college career.
