A weapon will not matter if the QB is getting helped up after every play.
This class has tons of depth at wideout and we already have a WR1. This draft will not be deep at OT after the first round and it will only get worse after the second.
I'll be pumped if we somehow get Odunze, but we need to reinforce the OL or it may not matter.
I'm not arguing that we need to reinforce the OL, I'm just not convinced that a tackle at 10 is the smartest way to do it. And of course a pass catcher of some kind helps there as well, if you have more and better options who are running batter routes, getting open more consistently, and contesting catches more effectively, then your QB is going to get the ball out quicker and feel less concerned about extending plays, and the defense is going to be a bit more circumspect about sending the house. So drafting a top WR or even an elite TE at 10 absolutely helps your QB stay upright.
