I think this first pick is going to be either Aidan Hutchinson or Kayvon Thibodeaux *puts hand up to earpiece as the screen cuts to Goodell* but watch out for Travon Walker here

Jameson at 4?  Really?

Why not? Quite possible he doesn't make it to 10. If we can't move down and the team doesn't like the rest of the board any significantly more, what's the difference if we grab him a little early?

Hutchinson's mom is kinda hot, draft him.  Or he's dating a milf.

Sucks I can't go on Twitter without seeing tipped picks everywhere.
My strategy in recent years has been to not care about spoilers except when it comes to the Jets.

When I see the pick before get spoiled, I get off Twitter until the Jets pick is made.

I don't hate the player, but I don't like the pick. Doesn't really fix a problem. We need to get to the quarterback, we need to catch passes, and we need to stop the run. Gardner doesn't help any of those things.

The biggest immediate disappointment in not taking KT is how fun it would have been to throw it in the face of the Jets beat

i wish the jet beat reporters who were swearing we'd draft JJ or tackle at 4 (pretty much said by all of them over the last 48 hours) would commit seppuku.

but none of them are going to mention anything about that, and nobody's going to hold them accountable for it

As someone who loves Jermaine Johnson, id be really happy with him, Jameo, or Wilson. I’m weirdly unafraid of who we might take him because it seems all of our options are really good ones, but that also means I’ll probably get a savage kick to the groin in a few minutes.

I dont think gaining a late day 2 pick is worth losing your #1 WR (and potentially other WR targets). This team isn't hurting for draft capital, which is why I never understood the constant talk about trading down.

It doesn't match the compensation of the draft value chart, which quite frankly is a little outdated and overrates early picks IMO. But in this draft, I don't think you're going to do that.

Olave over Jameson Williams.

I guess in the end it makes sense that the 2 guys Jameson Williams couldn't beat out in college get taken over Jameson Williams.

Eh, they probably liked him as their top receiver left, or they thought Williams, Dotson and Olave were similar.

That's why Houston traded back, too. Nobody was taking Kenyon Green at 13, so get a little extra value.

I know a lot of people were wishy washy on JJ for a variety of reasons, but I watched his stuff from UGA before he committed to FSU as a transfer, and I was praying he picked Miami instead. Then I saw him butcher the Canes. The guy really has such a versatile game, and plays with the physicality that you know translates right to the league.

Edges
Lawson
Johnson

Interior

Jordan Whitehead is good, but LaMarcus Joyner is hard to trust after an injury. Ashtyn Davis hasn't done all that much in his career to look like an answer, though I know Heisenberg likes him more than most.

We don't necessarily need to add a safety in Round 2, but it is a need. I'd like to push Davis and Joyner into a role competing for the 3rd safety spot with Whitehead, or at least have someone to compete with them.
