This is great, much appreciated.
WRs, TEs, Safeties, LBs...all such a deep class well into Day 2 and into the 4th.
Trading down from 10 would be so ideal. Getting an Olave/London (Im higher on him than you are) in the teens plus another day 2 pick would be a dream.

Rank Matt Henningsen, you coward!

Interested to hear your thoughts on Brian Asamoah

I like him as a player way more than I like him as a prospect. He really looks more like a nickel LB/Box safety (and I’m guessing he played more like 215 than the 226 he was at the combine), which I know has a role in the league now, but I know the teams will value him way differently. Like 15 years ago I’d probably have him as one of my favorite SS prospects.
Plus, I think this LB class is loaded through the first 3-4 rounds.

I'm hoping we come away with a LB, S, and CB in this class. I want us to double up at one of them at least.

Agreed. I think we’re lucky with how our needs line up with this class. The only thing that I think could derail a great draft is if we don’t get a chance to pick KT at 4. I really think that there will be guys deep into the 4th that can help our defense right away.

Honestly I’m more scared that he will be there at 4 and will pick someone else. That currently is my nightmare scenario. I could kinda get behind JJ or Icky at 4 if the first three picks are Hutch, Walker and KT, but otherwise I’ll be pretty disappointed.

Cane, I note you have Tyler Smith in the IOL ranking. Where would you rank him against the other tackles?

He’d be right before Petit Frere. The Round projection is based more on his overall ability and inside/outside potential, so that stays the same. I think his best game would be inside which is why I rank him there, but he could definitely play tackle in the NFL.
