Why do you say that? He's playing confidently.
If there are guys open and he's passing them up for downfield passes, that's one thing, but I have no idea if that's the case. And on 2nd and 3rd down, he was under pressure, so it's hard to blame him for any decision he makes outside the pocket trying to make a play after avoiding a free rusher.

But now we know that CB isn't a dire need heading into next season. Sure, it could use an upgrade, but we have much bigger needs.
