Expecting another non-competitive performance. Laying the 10.5 for sure. Can't wait to see what the 1H line for Jets points scored...last week it was 7.5 Regardless going to take the under.

Will bet against this team every week..I'll win more than I lose.

He's terrible.  We should probably bring back Harrison for depth.

So I believe we burned our 2 practice squad options for Malone and Adams, so I believe we would need to sign them or put them through waivers.

I don't care about losing Adams. Adams is a JAG for me. Malone is, too, but we need the WR more.

I think we have one more PS to Active Roster option before they have to pass through waivers.  I'd honestly be pretty shocked if either of them were claimed.

I do think our defense could match up better against the Colts than the first two teams. The Colts are a team that is built in the trenches and utilizes its running backs and tight ends a lot. Their receivers are not great. Hilton has been disappointing, while Pittman is a rookie. Parris Campbell is hurt.

The strength of the Jets run defense should be the defensive line and run stopping. Just don't allow 50+ yard rushes. Taylor is a stud, but he doesn't have the raw speed of Mostert. Rivers is a statue, which will be a nice change, and maybe we can force him into mistakes.

I just don't want to allow 3 TDs on the first 4 drives again. As bad as our offense is, out defense can't put us so far behind each week because the offense won't come back.

I don't think we should criticize another team's offense given our putrid performances the first two weeks. I'll take any Colt's offensive skilled position player over ours

Ashtyn Davis groin injury

George Fant concussion

---

We signed Marqui Christian today.  Hopefully that isn't due to Davis having a significant injury.

If Chuma Edoga starts at right tackle, Sam might die.

Prediction:

Darnold's stat line won't tell the story.  It'll look good because he completed 58 easy passes of 2 yards each that gained little.  This offense has no ability to go downfield and certainly no plan to do so.

Gore will have more rushes than Perine, which is retarded barring a health setback.

Rivers will pick apart this defense.

The only hope the Jets have is to generate a significant pass rush.  Ha...haha...ahahahaha!!

Colts 30
Jets 13

If we get smoked today and look bad Thursday, the Gase train will finally be retired.  I have no doubt we will get hammered today.  Facing a seasoned QB and a good defense.

I don't know if the Broncos are bad enough for us to not at least keep it close.  I will never underestimate the Jets ability to fail.

If we get smoked today and look bad Thursday, the Gase train will finally be retired.  I have no doubt we will get hammered today.  Facing a seasoned QB and a good defense.

Have they said if Blakers will take over as the starter?

Apparently McGovern and Berrios are active.

So thankfully we only have to start one depth OL.

That right side of the line is gonna struggle hard. Sam better have his head on a swivel and always know where Justin Houston and Buckner are lined up

Inactives for today:

Breshad Perriman
QB Joe Flacco
QB James Morgan
RT George Fant
WR Jamison Crowder
S Ashtyn Davis
CB Quincy Wilson

No Quincy Wilson revenge game.

McGovern is dressed as an emergency player. Andrews will get the start.

If Gase's job is really on the line, then we will either win or lose by 50. It will be that one game where we get every single bounce, and absolutely everything goes right.

Or the game where our players completely give up and quit in hopes of getting rid of the poopchute.

Gase doesn't win by 50. Either a 17-16 win or a 34-10 loss.

I get that. My point is that will be the one time.

Going to be the earliest game in a long ti.e that I don't even watch live on TV (unless this flight impresses me with having a TV tuned into the Jets game).
