The Patriots vs. Chiefs game has been postponed. Patriots and Chiefs players will not lock in lineups at 4:25pm ET on Sunday as originally scheduled. If the game is played on Monday or Tuesday it will count in the Week 4 matchup period.

So this is different than having a player on MNF who may or may not play because the entire game may not played. Is it possible to leave those players in the lineup but designate prior to any of the games being played. Then if the Chiefs/Pats game is cancelled, those players can just be moved in. It is what we are doing in another league and it sounds like that is the best solution to me

One assumes that a basic level of sportsmanship would recognise that and unwind the obvious error, rather than allow anyone to capitalise on it.

I think the waiver order depends on how recently you made a successful waiver claim but I could be wrong.
I didn't check it last night though, so I missed my chance to test the theory.

Every time someone makes a successful claim, they move to the bottom of the pecking order. Standings have nothing to do with the order.

I think the waiver order is initially based on draft selection and then it is based on the success of a waiver claim. Meaning, making a successful waiver claim gets you moved to the back of the line. During the season the way to get to the top of a waiver claim list is by not making any and keeping your claim for strategic purposes and is not based on how much your team sucks.

I remember being able to use Marques Colston in the TE slot his rookie year in a Yahoo league. It's amusing to me that something similar happened with another Saints player almost 15 years later.
They had to make this change once the Saints made it clear that Hill will be their starting QB for as long as Brees is out.

My first 2 years in Friars (and most years in the first league I was in) were like this. I'd have a bunch of good weeks and they always came against someone else's best week. This year more things fell my way.

This was my last season.
I think AR said he was done as well back in Sept (running the draft anyway). Hopefully one of you will step up to run it if you want to keep the Friars going in 2021.
