Crowder and Anderson can't block, and Thomas can't stretch the field. They've taken a few deep shots to Smith out of that lineup this year. He's supposed to keep the defense relatively honest.

Yeah, this one is borderline either way because a field goal puts you up 7. But there's enough time left in the game where maximizing your expected points is probably still smartest, and going for it improves the chances of scoring more points.
