I'm all for FAAB budget whether we have 8, 10 or 12 teams.
If we drop to 10 teams, I wouldn't mind switching to a 2-QB league also, especially if it's 8 teams. The only issue is that it would make keeper values for quarterbacks a little unfair for a couple years, but all positional values change with fewer teams.

I'm setting the keeper deadline for Friday, August 24 at midnight. This means you will only be allowed to swap your keepers in the event of injury between then and the draft. I will then draw the draft order on Saturday, August 25.
Once again, the plan is for the draft to be held the weekend before the regular season begins. Let me know if you have a conflict with or preference towards any particular day or time.

SFD asked for this (and it was a good idea) so here's a refresher of the keeper rules:
You're allowed to keep up to 3 players and each one you're allowed to keep up to 3 years.
Every year you keep a player, his keeper round escalates by 1. Meaning that if you draft a player in the 3rd round, you can keep him for a 3rd in the 1st year, a 2nd in the 2nd, and then a 1st in the 3rd and final year.
The one exception to this is your franchise player, which is a rookie from the previous season you're allowed to keep at their original draft slot in perpetuity. You're allowed to designate one franchise player out of your 3 keepers.
Undrafted free agents can be kept for a final round pick and players that were drafted and released descend a round every time they clear waivers so if a guy who was drafted in the 8th round was released and then cleared waivers 4 times before being picked up, he could then be kept for a 12th rounder.

You'll have to go through the website. Not the app.
On your team page, click on "Edit Pre-Draft Player Rankings" under your team name.
Click the down arrow next to every player that's being kept.
Once done, click "Save Rankings".

Last year when Bell was threatening a holdout, i drafted Conner. He sat on my bench untouched till late in the season (for nothing). This year for the annual Bell holdout, I did the opposite. I didn't draft Conner and got fucked in the bum for my troubles.
As an added bonus, I'm getting retarded trade proposals from Mack because he has Conner.

I usually draft defenses based on their Week 1 matchups (though I made an exception in Friars this year). As a result, I never would have taken the Bears. But damn they look good.
Instead, I drafted the Saints a lot because they played the Bucs and Browns in the first two games. Not great. At least I have the Ravens in a couple leagues.
