Title: FF Discussion 2015
Post by: SixFeetDeep on September 08, 2015, 09:25:39 AM
Eifert or Ertz for this season?

Seems like a toss-up, I'm leaning towards Ertz because he's produced more over his career and the system he's in should give him a lot of targets. On the flip side, the Eagles like Celek, does Eifert have anyone competing for his snaps?

It Ertz when Eifert.

Hahahaha.

I'd go ertz but I think all tight ends besides the top 2 are doo doo this year.

Gronk and Graham?  I'm not convinced about Graham this year.

I'd take Olsen over Graham. Cam's gonna be heavily reliant on him

PPR I can see it.

I assumed standard scoring. Where Graham will still be a beast with redzone TD's.

Graham might not have elite numbers but Seattle didn't trade for him just to block. They could have gotten someone better at that for peanuts compared to what they gave up.

I think there are three or four guys worth drafting in the first half of the draft: Gronk, Graham, Olsen, and Kelce. After that you may as well wait until the last few rounds and pick up a guy from the rest of the pack. The difference between a guy like Eifert and Clay or Rudolph is minimal.

So, I'm down by a point with ivory and the Jets defense left to play against vinateri. I've been considering benching the Jets D just in case luck has a crazy night and assuming ivory will get me the points I need for the win. As of now I still have the D in. What would you do?

How can you bench a defense at this point? You think Indy is going to get more points on D, because that's your only other option?

No, leave my D slot empty and take 0 just in case Indy has a big night and they get negative points.

So I would basically be betting that ivory will score at least 2 more points than vinateri

I have a (money!!) 12 man dynasty where I had this as my lineup this week:
Ben Roethlisberger
ODB
Edelman
Ivory
Jennings (-_-)
Gronk
Maclin
Gostkowski
Arizona Def

I was very happy with yesterdays results. I need another RB, but my bench is weak(DeJax, Mike Evans, Rivers, Ertz). I just grabbed David Johnson on waivers, so hopefully he gets more touches once Arizona understands CJ is done.

Die in a Fire bundle of sticks.

I left them in if it makes you happy. I never really considered taking them out seriously.

Thoughts on this trade?

I give up Larry Fitzgerald

I receive Jeremy Hill

My RBs
A Foster
J Stewart
A Morris
A Abdullah
B Sankey

My WRs
Cobb
Hopkins
Fitz
A Robinson
D Moncrief

Obviously my WRs are pretty good while my RBs are a huge pile of crap (Hopefully Foster comes back soon) so this is pretty much a no brainer in that terms, but Hill's lack of production scares me.

Can you talk me into Hill rebounding or should I look for a bigger target?
