And also on a 1 year deal. Davis might be that guy, or maybe he won't be when he comes back. But I have seen nothing out of Hamsah and Sherwood to make me comfortable rolling with those guys again next year. Quincy has made some plays, and had some disaster moments. Maybe one of those 3 becomes a dude, but right now they aren't.

Outside of the Titans game when their passing game was out due to injury, there has been very little in the 2021 season that hasn't looked like an extension of the Adam Gase era.
And even that game was a reminder of the Gase era, since all our best plays were our young quarterback pulling miracles out his derriere, just like Darnold had to do at times.
