I was talking about his ejections yesterday with some people. He's up there on entertaining ejections. No one is Billy Martin or Lou Pinella, but Boone goes from irritated to cursing up a storm faster than a Hunter Green pitch. He's hilarious.
I really do like Boone, and I hope that once this team is truly healthy they can win it all for him. For all my Cashman kvetching, I think he's built a
really good roster--
if healthy. This lineup can produce a ton of runs and if the real starters are healthy, it's potentially 4 ace-level guys and whoever they fill in for the 5th spot (bring back Jhony!). If you can save the Marinaccio, Wandy, and King bullets for less appearances, this is a shutdown pen.
