Not sure about that one. I'm not super big on historical dramas. I have a short attention span and they invariably have convoluted storylines revolving around 400 characters of varying degrees of relevance and incest, and I tend to lose interest pretty quickly.

I have a massive backlog of movies and videogames I want to get through and I think I'm always going to go to those ahead of a show like that.

Though i have no interest in watching the last season

I suspect it was good at the time, but not good enoguh for me to give a excrement about coming back after a hiatus

At this point I can't commit to a show if I already know there's a dropoff in quality later. If I'm in on day 1 and they do enough to keep me watching, fine, but if they're already multiple seasons in and there's a consensus that everything after season N kinda blows then it just seems like a timesuck.
