My dad always says he's undefeated at tailgating

Maybe it's not I who doesn't know what he's talking about

Welp

I know its 1 game

But im officially on the Smith at 2 wagon

He will serve this team better Ling term than another dice roll at QB

Especially in this class

Go get Smith and an interior OL at 23

Taking a wr in the top 5 has never turned around a franchise and it never will.  Its a terrible decision.

Wrs have too much injury risk
Wrs have too little of an impact on the rest of the team
Most importantly there is more supply at wide reciever than any other position not named rb or dt

The value is not there at #2

You beat me to it, I planned on posting this this morning:

Davonte Smith is Desean Jackson and Desean Jackson wasn't worth #2 overall. Change my mind.

Jaylen Waddle is way closer to a DeSean Jackson type of player IMO.

Smith is just a marginally taller Jackson.

I think Smith is a much better route runner and complete receiver. DJax was always very 1 dimensional.

He does need to put on some weight. He should be able to do that considering his frame.

Smith: 6-1, 175
Waddle: 5-10, 182
Ruggs: 5-11, 188
Jeudy: 6-1, 191

D Jax: 5-10, 175
Marquise Brown: 5-9, 175
Rondale Moore: 5-9, 181
