Name me the guy drafted in the 5-6-7th rounds that ISNT a QB that had to first prove it on special teams and also wasn’t a nearly immediate position player pro bowler like an Antonio Brown, right out of the gate?

Of course he has to play on ST and get better there. It’s also possible he redshirts this year and isn’t active on game day until he figures out how to do that.

I've said nothing negative about the guy

Just that I think a reasonable expectation is he's probably going to spend the year on the practice squad, because of how crowded our TE room is
