That's really all it is to me.

At the very least it tells you all you need to know about arm strength.

Connecting with the other post, Bortles is a good player, but I don't see the arm of a #1 QB.  He's a first rounder, but would only jump into the top two in my mind if teams start thinking that Carr's issues handling pressure are severe.

If the Jets take a QB in 2014, I want it to be Derek Carr or Blake Bortles. 

Honestly, now that Marcus Mariota is staying at Oregon, I'd be fine with any of these prospects over Geno Smith.

Henry Josey is a good player...

If he didn't have that serious knee injury earlier in his career, he'd be rated much highly by everyone.
