Been waiting for this for 15 years...

It's a GOAT tier game and I honestly consider the plot better than half of the movies at this point. I am excite!

New Spidey looks fantastic as well.

The studio that made the Spiderman games is working on a Wolverine game now.

God Of War: Ragnarok also now delayed until 2022. It's going to be a long winter.

this reminds me that my winter should not feel long as far as video games go as i have a backlog of about 45 games to get through

but i know that the winter will just add more games to that list

The combination of gamepass + covid is probably going to change gaming for years if not forever (covid just expedited what gamepass was doing)

All your AAA titles have gone to excrement and disappeared. And now the industry is moving towards high end "indie ish" games.

AAA titles being delayed into oblivion while these companies are all preying upon addicts with this micro transaction bullshit.

How long before we aee Sonys first party games looking like Fortnite selling all this retarded in game excrement, just so they can keep up with what xbox has began

Honestly, and I say this as someone that's going to have to  (and will) purchase an XBox, I'm really hoping the Bethesda exclusives turn the console war tide, if only so Sony, Microsoft and to a lesser extent Nintendo wake the freak up and recognize the immense power of successful AAA entries.

Look at GTA V and Skyrim. 10 years later and they're still bringing in massive revenue.

Elder scrolls came out 27 years ago, gta came out 24.

These franchises have been around longer than a large percentage of gamers on this planet have been alive.

I don't deny that AAA titles can still make bank. But how many NEW AAA titles do you see have success like those two? Yeah Mario, Zelda, that excrement prints cash. But unless you have a time machine, it's not the way to go.

Also GTA has gone all in on the micro transaction bandwagon

I'm still playing Hades, and it's so much fun.

But Diablo II Resurrected is live now and I'm struggling not to fire it up.
Teams that draft well do so no matter where they pick. Teams that draft poorly do so no matter where they pick I want my team to win games and draft well

Hades didn't seem my thing at all, but fortunately it was on gamepass. And I was pleasantly surprised and played binged the freak out of it. Of course after like a week I can probably never play it again

I am thinking about this too. I need to justify buying a damn PS5 without games.

I'm currently playing Yakuza Like A Dragon.

I built a PC last year so I'm not even thinking about a PS5 until HFW comes out.

That's awesome. How the hell did you get a GPU in 2020?

My son has been asking to build his first PC but I can't justify it until prices /stock return to normal.

I found the last RTX 2060 in the DMV at retail price. I've had about 3 or 4 sites set up looking for a 30 series but haven't found anything in stock, excrement's all scalpers.

If he's looking to build an optimized system I'd definitely go Ryzen CPU with a Radeon GPU with a FreeSync certified display.

The certified gSync model displays are not great for availability/price.
