IMHO this is the most difficult job Mayo could've walked into.
You have no quarterback, a drastic restructuring of how business is done (the guy that basically controlled everything just walked out, and oh by the way he's a verifiable living legend in the league), and middling skill position talent. You don't have a high enough pick to draft one of the top two QB's in the draft, and will have to sacrifice significant assets to move up. Both your tackles are free agents on the offensive line, your defense has some young talent, but how are Judon and Gonzalez going to look after basically missing almost an entire season.
Oh and by the way you live in a division where the quarterbacks next year are Tua, Rodgers and Allen.
