Miami just took the lead over Wake with a little under a minute to go.

Actually, no they didn't.

Terrible spot was reviewed and I was almost certain it would be overturned for a TD.  The play stands.

There is clear video evidence that the runner never stepped out, so I don't know what in the hell happened...

3 seconds later, and they finally score from about half a yard out.

Just a horrible call, and compound that with the replay?  Just horrible.

I didn't like the decision to throw the ball short there, but the ball needs to be caught.

Tanner Price is terrible.  They were probably going for a quick out to get out of bounds and the ball placement was just bad.  Four down territory, so it doesn't really bother me that they went short in hopes of stopping the clock to save the final timeout.

They had more than enough time to get into field goal range.  Oh well.

I'm holding on to my words about him until he plays someone with a real defense.

Same thing I did with Mettenberger.

Level of competition is really the only thing that's keeping me from giving Derek Carr the top spot in my quarterback rankings.  He's a great player, but he hasn't played anybody.

that technically wont happen unless they make the Nat'l Championship.

everyone knows I'm a Noles fan but the only people ive ever pounded the table for have gone on to be legit .,

I just havent seen a QB with the total package like Winston this year.

I'll watch the NCSU game, but I'm 150% sure they will be blown out by halftime.  NC State isn't very good this year, but I'm loyal to my school.
. First half?  Sorry I meant first quarter.

my most recent status update

"If ABC showed the pinball machine scene from The Accused on a 3 hour loop, it would be the same thing as broadcasting the rest of this FSU/NCST game"

Ugh.  Awful passing performances on both sides.

Marquez North is going to be a really good prospect when his time comes.
