I've never heard of a dry club. Closest thing was a BYOB club.

Can't even be topless here in Virginia.  For the life of me I can't figure out why someone would go to a titty bar with no titties.

Apparently lap dances aren't legal in DC.

In Vegas it used to be that if you wanted your club to be fully naked it had to be dry; when I first went there something like 15 years ago the only fully naked club with booze was the Palomino. I'm presuming that is no longer the case.

That is still precisely the case.  The Palomino is the only fully nude place that can sell booze.
