Now I'm really sad about Cotchery being gone.

I've been sad ever since he went, I loved J-Co.

How bout that one when he pulled something, vs the Browns I believe. I always liked what he brought to the field but that put him into another tier for me.

It was the browns. He tore a hamstring, and Sanchez was in trouble, he still moved to the left, and then laid out for a tough pass making a great catch. Pretty sure he couldn't play the next 2 weeks after that.
Need a new one for a new board...

Cotchery is exactly what this team could use. The "in his prime" Cotchery or the "now" Cotchery. He's one of my favorite Jets of my lifetime. His catch at Cleveland in '10 and his catch at New England in '08 (TNF) are two of the best catches I've ever seen.

Yeah too bad the Jets wanted Mason and Burress over him and let him leave. One of Tannenbaums stellar decisions.

The worst part is that he lost any shot at a starting job by signing with Pittsburgh and STILL caught 10 TDs last season.

Lol yeah, did Mason last two games here?

He would be almost perfect for Smith, oh man.

Cotchery also broke a long TD at New England in the playoffs that year.
So it turns out, Italian Seafood was right an everyone can go freak themselves.

For some reason that game is really hard to remember for me. I completely forgot about that TD until I came across it while trying to look up the other highlight.

I remember the '04 playoffs much more vividly.

Cotchery had long TDs in the '06 and '10 playoff games at Foxboro. He was such a clutch player. Your stereotypical consummate professional.

Ooh, that '05 opener was a scorcher. That was the hottest game I've ever been at. It had to be damn near 95 degrees at that game.
That '02 Pats home opener was one of THE worst games I've ever been to. Then again, I can say that about like 3 or 4 different Pats games. I'm like 1-6 at Patriots games. The Namath/Kolber game was probably the coldest game I've been to, plus they destroyed us that night. It got ugly in the stands that night.
