Ravens waived ILB Josh Bynes.

Bynes appeared in 15 games last season, making six starts. He graded out as a top-15 inside linebacker at Pro Football Focus, and excelled against the run. The Ravens since drafted ILB C.J. Mosley and will continue to develop second-year ILB Arthur Brown. Bynes should find a role as an early-down thumper. Sep 2 - 11:59 AM
